Who runs drymix.info?

Ferdinand Leopolder founded drymix.info in early 2003. He leads this activity up until today. Before becoming an independent industry consultant, Ferdinand Leopolder worked for over 13 years in the chemical industry. At Wacker Polymer Systems, he headed the Global Market Development group until 2001.
When was drymix.info started?

Ferdinand Leopolder strated the plans on drymix.info in 2002. He sent out a questionnaire to over 100 experts within the industry and the response was overwhelming: almost all participants encouraged the formation of the community - even if it costs a membership fee. He then founded drymix.info in early 2003.
Why is drymix.info only in english?

Although the beginnings of drymix technology lay in Europe (Germany, to be specific), English has rapidly become the language of choice for all drymix experts. By maintaining strictly English communication, we want to ensure, that all members from around the globe can understand the discussions and informations conducted within the forum, as well as the information presented on the website or in the newsletter.
