2. Already over 200 Delegates from 47 Nations Registered

Our goal was to create a worldwide event that everybody can join, from New Zealand to Tierra del Fuego, from Hokkaido to the Aleut Islands.  

As of today, over 200 delegates have registered for our 3rd Mortar Convention. The feedback from the community has been extremely positive and encouraging. Everyone seems to be longing for a bit of normality or “business as usual”.

Our guest list is truly international (actual attendance not guaranteed, status as of 24. April 2020, in alphabetical order): We have delegates from Argentina, Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brasil, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Cuba, Egypt, Ethiopia, France, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Guyana, India, Indonesia, Italy, Israel, Jamaica, Jordan, La Réunion, Latvia, Malaysia, México, Netherlands, Oman, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sri Lanka, Switzerland, Thailand, Trinidad & Tobago, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United States and Vietnam.

“WOW!” – The number of participants is impressive, the internationality is overwhelming - 47 Nations already! So join us and put yourself on our map, too.

3. Get your Preliminary Information

We published our magnificent program in our last Newsletter - it is accessible of course on our website www.drymix.info. We recently added two videos on the webpage. You can find the Trailer of the 3rd Mortar Convention to get a first impression of what to expect. Since today, you can also see the personal invitation by Ferdinand Leopolder.

4. Registering for 7. May 2020 (EAST or WEST Segment)

Go to the 3rd Mortar Convention on www.drymix.info, choose your admission and segment (EAST or WEST) on the left navigation bar and follow the payment procedure in our shop.

Admission to the 3rd Mortar Convention is 90 Euro per segment, reduced for drymix.info, MEDMA and SEADMA members and partners to 60 Euro. Drymix mortar manufacturers pay only 30 Euro. Please choose „EAST“ or „WEST“ in our shop. Participation is limited at 500 delegates per session. Please support your drymix mortar community by registering immediately at www.drymix.info using your credit card (Visa or Master accepted). Individual invoicing for bank-to-bank transfer is not possible, sorry.

Remark 1 for Drymix Mortar Manufacturers: Your paid admission is fully deductible from any admission to a physical drymix.info, MEDMA or SEADMA meeting or event until 31. December 2021.

Remark 2 for Drymix Mortar Manufacturers: group applications are possible, discounts exist for 5, 10 and 20 delegates.

Remark 3 for Drymix Mortar Manufacturers: speak to your raw material supplier or distributor, some of them may have booked admission packages for their clients.

5. Technical Details, Recommended Actions

Check your system

The 3rd Mortar Convention will run in your browser window. We will stream it via GoToWebinar.com. Several aspects are important for proper viewing, you might check on those issues immediately:
a) your internet connection (download capacity high enough?)
b) you network situation (e.g. protected by firewall, other restrictions?)
c) from which country you access (some Nations block the use of certain platforms)

Some delegates have already checked if they can access GoToWebinar and gave us their positive feedback, it seems to be working almost everywhere. You might as well do the same and download an app if required for your setup. At this point in time we cannot guarantee that the convention runs on mobile devices such as tablets or smart phones (we need your feedback here.

Information e-mail (1. May 2020)

This coming Friday (1. May 2020), all properly registered and paid for delegates will receive an information e-mail with instructions concerning a system check on your end, so you will be able to join with optimum quality. This mail will also include a description of the the log-in procedure on 7. May 2020 (delegates joining later will get this mail sent individually immediately after their payment).

Confirmation e-mail (7. May 2020)

On 7. May 2020: 1/2 hour before each segment (EAST: 4:30 CEST, WEST: 14:30 CEST) you will receive a confirmation e-mail containing a link and instructions for your actual log-in. AND THEN ....
