Hiệp hội súng cối Drymix Đông Nam Á SEADMA đã mời tất cả các nhà sản xuất vữa ở phía Bắc của Việt Nam và nhiều người sẽ tham gia với chúng tôi vào thứ ba tới. Chúng tôi hy vọng hơn 40 chuyên gia trong ngành sẽ tham dự Cuộc họp vữa khô Việt Nam lần thứ hai. Sự kiện diễn ra tại khách sạn Hà Nội Daewoo vào ngày 23 tháng 7 năm 2019, từ 10:00 đến 14:00 (bao gồm bữa trưa). Các bài giảng đến từ (theo thứ tự thời gian, có thể thay đổi chương trình mà không cần thông báo trước): m-tec, MC-Bifi Bauchemie, Viện Vật liệu xây dựng Việt Nam VIBM (Chi nhánh phía Bắc), LB-Technology, SEADMA, Sika, Haver & Boecker / Antech. The South East South East Asia Drymix Mortar Association SEADMA invited all mortar producers in the Northern part of VietNam and many will join us next Tuesday. We expect over 40 industry experts to our Second Vietnam Drymix Mortar Meeting. The event takes place at Ha Noi Daewoo Hotel on 23. July 2019, from 10:00 to 14:00 (lunch included). Lectures come from (in chronological order, program subject to change without notice): m-tec, MC-Bifi Bauchemie, The Vietnam Institute for Building Materials VIBM (North Branch), LB-Technology, SEADMA, Sika, Haver&Boecker/Antech. Like during our first meeting in Ho Chi Minh City last June the moderator will be Ferdinand Leopolder. Please check https://www.drymix.info/index.php?id=1276 for the updated program.

Pre-registration by e-mail to info@drymix.info is absolutely mandatory. The meeting is free of charge for drymix mortar producers, up to two delegates will be admitted from each company (additional delegates pay 150 Euro or VND 4 mio). Industry Observers are welcome, too, they pay 390 Euro (VND 10 mio), reduced for members of drymix.info to 290 Euro (VND 7,5 mio). 2. Great Industry Support for GDCh Fachgruppe Bauchemie Conference in Aachen, 30.9.19 to 2.10.19

Since over 15 years, the German Society of Chemists (Gesellschaft deutscher Chemiker GDCh) Construction Chemical Division (Fachgruppe Bauchemie) cooperates with drymix.info when it comes to organizing the sponsoring support for the annual conferences of Fachgruppe Bauchemie. The funds generated from the sponsors are being used to subsidize admission fees and often also to pay for the casual delegate evenings. Also, of course, with many producers of scientific instruments amongst the sponsors, there is a comprehensive Industry Showcase available for the delegates.

This year, the Fachgruppe Bauchemie's Conference is being hosted by Rheinisch-Westfälische Technische Hochschule Aachen (RWTH), Institute for Building Research, Chair Prof. Dr. Oliver Weichold. Sponsors include (in alphabetical order): BTG, BYK, Calucem, C3, Evonik, KIT/Prävention im Bauwesen, Nouryon, Porotec, Secopta, Schleibinger Geräte, Testing Bluhm & Feuerherdt, Ultratest and Wacker Chemie. 3. MEDMA Oman Drymix Mortar Showcase, 7. October 2019, Muscat

The Middle East Drymix Mortar Association MEDMA e.V. and Al Nimr Group invite Omani construction experts and industry peers from the GCC region to its first Oman Drymix Mortar Showcase. The event takes place on 7. October 2019 at the Oman Convention & Exhibition Center in Muscat. This event is being hosted and promoted by Al Nimr Group, the organizers of Infra Oman, which takes place right then and there (actually from 7. to 9. October 2019).

Lectures and contributions come from drymix.info, Haver&Boecker, JK Cement, MEDMA, Thomas Bell Wright Laboratories and Wacker Chemie. Pre-registration is recommended, admission is free of charge. All interested experts can apply for an admission pass by e-mail to info@drymix.info.

4. YTL Cement Takes over Majority Stake in Lafarge Malaysia

YTL Cement Sdn Bhd, Petaling Jaya, Malaysia has acquired a 51% stake in Lafarge Malaysia Sdn Bhd (from Associated International Cement Ltd., AICL). After the completion of this transaction, YTL Cement is obliged to make a Mandatory Takeover Offer (MTO) to all remaining shareholders at a set price per share (0,79 Euro per share). After the completion of the MTO, Lafarge Malaysia will become a subsidiary of YTL Cement. The transaction value for the 51% stake is 349 mio Euro (MYR 1.640 mio). With this step, LafargeHolcim completes its divestments in South East Asia, after similar actions in Singapore and Malaysia during the last 12 month (we reported earlier).

5. H.B. Fuller Sells Non-adhesive Business to Tiarco

H.B. Fuller Company, St. Paul, Minnesota, USA has decided to divest of its "non-adhesive business" to Tiarco, LLC, Dalton, Georgia, a wholly owned subsidiary of Textile Rubber and Chemical Company, Inc. The business encompasses H.B. Fuller's surfactants, thickeners and dispersants products group (also based in Dalton, GA). The transaction value is said to be 63 mio Euro (USD 71 mio), H.B. Fuller's operations in Dalton, GA reported net sales of 22 mio Euro (USD 25 min) in 2018, and yielded an EBITDA of 7 mio Euro (USD 8 mio). The transaction is expected to close in the third quarter of 2019.

6. Mortindo Starts up New Drymix Mortar Plant in Jakarta Metro Area

PT Anugerah Mortar Abadi (Mortindo), West Java, Indonesia, has recently started up a fully integrated automated drymix mortar plant in the south of Jakarta Metropolitan area. It will produce renders, masonry mortars, tile adhesives and colored grouts. The design and main components of the 120.000 t/a tower-type plant in Wanaherang came from Maschinenfabrik Gustav Eirich GmbH & Co. KG, Hardheim, Germany. It includes a sand drying and screening unit, an 1,5 cu.m. Eirich Mixer (max. 2 t per batch), a packaging and palletizing line as well as a big bag filling unit. The new Mortindo plant can be enabled to load silos in the future. Commissioning took already place in late 2018. PT Anugerah Mortar Abadi (Mortindo) is part of Lemindo Group which in turn belongs to Triputra Group.

7. HeidelbergCement acquires Cemex's Aggregates and Concrete Operations in Central France

In a move to vertically integrate, HeidelbergCement AG, Leimen, Germany has recently acquired aggregates and concrete activities from Cemex, Mexico City, Mexico. The deal includes 7 aggregate quarries and 28 ready-mixed concrete plants, all located in Central France. The acquired aggregates reserves and resources amount to about 25 million tonnes. The Cemex plants will be fully integrated into HeidelbergCement France. A transaction valkue was not given by either party.
