a) Imerys Makes Offer to acquire Kerneos

Imerys SA has recently made an offer to Astorg (both Paris, France) to acquire Kerneos SA, Paris La Défense. According to Imerys, the transaction value of the offer (total enterprise value) would be 880 mio Euro, expected synergies are estimated to be 23 mio Euro per year from 2018 onwards. The transaction remains subject to internal and regulatory approvals and is expected to be completed by mid-2017.

b) Kick-Off Meeting for SEADMA Chapter in Malaysia: 13.2.17 at Le Méridien Hotel KL Sentral
