Saudi Executive Forum on Drymix Mortars, Jeddah (English)
The First Saudi Executive Forum on Drymix Mortars takes place under the Patronage of The Saudi Arabian Standards, Metrology and Quality Organisation SASO in Jeddah, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. It is being organized by The Middle East Drymix Mortar Association MEDMA in cooperation with The Big 5 Jeddah (DMG events). Location is the brand new Jeddah Centre for Forums and Events, directly opposite the trade fair entrance. This is a forum focussed on informing Saudi legislators and specifiers about performance mortars. MEDMA expects delegates from several Ministries, SASO, Aramco as well as from consultants and contractors and the building material industry. The programme has been created by MEDMA members and features lectures on all important applications of drymix mortars. Supporting companies and contributors to the programme include CMCI/Tecon/supra, Dammam, Conmix, Sharjah, DMC-Mix, Riyadh, Dow Construction Chemicals, Dubai, Eirich, Germany, Kerneos, France, m-tec, Germany, and Wacker, Dubai.

The Middle East Conference on Sustainable Building Materials, Dubai (English)
Under The Patronage of Dubai Municipality/Dubai Central Laboratories, The Middle East Drymix Mortar Association MEDMA invites building products experts, specifiers, government and he supplying industry to contribute to The Midde East Conference on Sustainable Building Materials. The event takes place at the tallest building in the world: at Armani Hotel in Burj Khalifa, Dubai. The programme consists of four thematic sessions focussing on green building materials (not only mortars!), each session will be anchored by an invited international Keynote Speaker. The first Supra-national Conference Providing Hands-on Education and Experience with Green Building Products.

MEDMA Member's Assembly and Symposium in Dubai (English)
The Middle East Drymix Mortar Association MEDMA e.V. will hold its 2008 Member's Assembly and Symposium on 10. March 2008 at Dubai International Exhibition Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road. The event is hosted by DMG World Media, the organizers of the Middle East Coatings Show 2008, which takes place in Dubai from 10 to 12 March 2008. The MEDMA Members Assembly and Symposium 2008 is intended to discuss the regional activities of this association, the progress of the Technical Committee and the introduction of the MEDMA SEAL OF QUALITY. MEDMA will hold the elections for the Executive Committee during the event, members and partners will obtain their voting cards prior to the Symposium. The MEDMA Members Assembly and Symposium 2008 takes place at the Dubai World Trade Center and is open to all interested experts from the drymix mortar community. It is free of charge, however, advance registration is necessary by e-mail.
