I need to know the DIN or BS Standard for Drymix paints, Tile adhesive and Tile grouts.

To my knowledge, there is no norm for powder paints as well as for Tile Grouts.
DIN norms have mostly become EU-Norms (EN).
For Ceramic Tile Adhesives it is EN 12004, it has two Classes (C1 and C2) for basic and high-performance CTA. In Germany, there is also a thing called Flexmörtelrichtlinie for flexible CTA with deformation values far higher than C2 - I don't know if this exists in english.
About BS-Norms, I don't know any details - I would recommend to go by the Eu norms.

Since I am already retired I am not aware about the latest standards but as far as I remember there exists already a Europaen Standard for tile grouts EN 12808 (including several subtitles).
There are also ASTM requirements established (ASTM 118.6)
Cement paints are also specified by BS 4764 but according to my experience such a paint (if you follow the specifications) has a rather poor workability a strong tendency to efflorescence (probably as a result from the incorporated CaCL2) I recommend you should contact Wacker Specialties for a proper starting formulation.
There was also an ASTM standard for cemtbased paints established, which was quite similiar to the BS standard, but I don`t know the number.
